A Dinner With…

A few years ago someone asked me, “If you could pick anyone, anyone at all, to take you out for dinner, just you and that person, in private, to talk…. who would you pick?”. I though about it long and hard, and I came to the conclusion that I didn’t have a clue. There wasn’t anyone that I could relate to, that I knew I’d share the same sense of humour with, who would be able to offer me some insights I could really care about. I know that sounds shallow, there are so many personalities in this world that have so much to share, politicians, philosophers, scientists, religious leaders… yeah, sure. Let someone else talk to them. I barely speak English. Well, today I watched a documentary about one of my favourite singers… and guess what? I know now. I know who I would choose to have dinner with. Not because I have to hots for him (because I don’t, he’s way too young for me), or because he’s influential and rich or good looking. It’s because he seems to be such a normal, easy going guy. He could tell me tons of stuff of when he traveled around the world, and I would have such a good time listening to him. Yeah, I really think he’d be the one. :)

Michael Buble, you rock.
